Much like you, Château Bonne Entente takes the environment to heart. This is why we are concerned about the heritage we will pass on to future generations. Doors open to the future is an important new direction that we’ve taken towards sustainable development.
Everything is set for optimum management of precious resources, energy and water. For example, the URBANIA suites are furnished with reduced flow toilets. As well, we sort all our organic and recyclable materials so as to minimize our ecological footprint.
Already, we improve the odds with the use of ecological household products and will soon speed up our environmental action plan. Our establishment means to implement a responsible purchasing policy, which favours the purchase of eco-friendly products and services minimally impacting the environment and supplied locally.
We will offer our clients “ecologically accountable” meetings and events. As well as reducing waste to a minimum, we will offer organizers a chance to compensate for pollution generated by transporting participants with the help of carbon credits. The Château Bonne Entente means to reach a 5 green key rating within the eco-evaluation program of the Canadian Hotel Association.
